Shaddai International is a non-profit organization based in Chiquimulilla, Guatemala empowering children and providing affordable education.
This was an incredible experience as we followed the journey of different students. Our goal was to create short documentary films to tell their story.
This specific story of Gilmer and his daughter, Marisol, was one of the most touching. As a single father, he works to support his family through his bakery. This was seriously the best sweet bread ever!!!! You can tell Gilmer pours his heart and soul into his every pastry.
